WordCamp Rajasthan 2026 is almost here, and this one feels a little different for us.
After being part of WordCamps across India and beyond, this time the WordPress community is coming together right here in Rajasthan. WordCamp Rajasthan is a two-day event, with Contributor Day on October 3 followed by the main Conference Day on October 4.
And the WPVibes team will be involved in more ways than one.
This time, WPVibes is supporting WordCamp Rajasthan as a sponsor, while members of our team are also contributing as organizers, speakers, and a Contributor Day table lead.
Meet the WPVibes Team in Jaipur
Here’s who from WPVibes will be at WordCamp Rajasthan 2026 and how they’re getting involved.
Anand Upadhyay and Pooja Derashri: Organizer
Anand and Pooja are both part of the organizing team behind WordCamp Rajasthan 2026.
Organizing a WordCamp starts months before attendees arrive at the venue. Bringing a WordCamp together means getting communities from different cities on the same page, planning the event from the ground up, and making sure everyone who walks in feels welcome. Much of that work happens behind the scenes, through planning, coordination and communication.
Both have been involved with the WordPress community for years. Anand has also been helping more people discover the event, including video guides that explain what a WordCamp is and what to expect in Jaipur.
Hardik Sharma: Speaker
Hardik is taking the stage at WordCamp Rajasthan 2026.
His session, “Let AI Operate Your WordPress Site, But How?“, is part of the Conference Day schedule. He’ll be presenting it alongside Deepak Gupta on October 4.
The session explores a question that is becoming increasingly relevant as AI moves deeper into WordPress workflows: how can AI go beyond generating content or code and actually interact with a WordPress website?
Gajendra Singh: Core AI Table Lead & Speaker
Gajendra has two roles at WordCamp Rajasthan.
On Contributor Day, he is leading the Core AI table. He will help contributors understand where AI fits into WordPress and show them where they can start contributing.
He is also presenting a session, WordPress & Core AI: How You Can Contribute to the Team, on October 3, 2026.
If you have been curious about contributing to AI in WordPress but are not sure where to begin, this session is a great place to start, and his table is right there on the same day.
Priyanshi, Rashi & Hemant: Curious Attendees
Not everyone attending a WordCamp needs an official role.
Priyanshi, Rashi, and Hemant will be there as curious attendees – joining sessions, meeting people from the WordPress community, exploring what others are building, and taking in everything happening across the two days.

At WPVibes, we build plugins for WordPress. Our work has grown through a community that shares knowledge, supports one another, and keeps this ecosystem moving forward.
WordCamp Rajasthan is another opportunity for us to be part of that exchange. Our team is taking part as organisers, contributors, speakers, and learners, sharing what we know and learning from the people around us.
